She has 14 years of insurance experience. He has a remote RCB office in Cohoes NY, where he and his wife Valerie reside. • Amy Roarke • Michael Roarke has served as president of RCB since 1992. He has been married to Amy, his high school sweetheart, since 1983.  They have 3 children; Kerry Devin and Maggie. They reside in East Greenbush, New York.
