She has 14 years of insurance experience. He and his wife Valerie reside in Latham NY. • Amy Roarke • Michael Roarke has served as president of RCB since 1992. He has been married to his high school sweetheart since 1983.  They have 3 children; Kerry (24 and recently married), Devin (21) and Maggie (12). They reside in East Greenbush, New York.
